Down in my basement sanctuary, snowing outside, lit some incense (long live the 1960s), Youtube "Christmas in ....somewhere..." on the TV.
Cats upstairs (they don't like incense).
Made a Christmas card picture ....

We have a collection of these now, after a stressful two weeks of leapfrog crises with Deb's parents. The plot continues, but lives appear stable at the moment.
It became very clear very fast that they need to move to a professional care facility. The family is working on that. Stress levels are high.
Hey .... it's Christmas week ..... be of good cheer !
Well, Christmas 2025 now belongs to the Ghost of Christmas Past. And (in some lives) it's been a very hectic, stressful season.
It's time to take a breath now. Not that the drama has ended, but that we need to chill and give ourselves a day to watch Hallmark movies, play solitaire or mahjong, do coloring or crossword puzzles.
